Tigerfish, this is replying to the email that you sent to me regarding what the dish name is. In Indonesian food term, orak arik refers to every stir fry that uses scrambled eggs. Once there is no scrambled egg it can be named oseng or tumis or cah.

I can tell nasi padang in Singapore has a Javanese influence by using orak arik.
