There is a clear case for innovation on recruitment search side as creating a product to compete with existing job portals will be tough due to large brand value created.

Though if one is able to create a product which is targeting the recruitment consulting segment and is able to sit on top of such job portals as an analytics product improving the conversion funnel.

Key domain problems solved

- Improving Quality of sourcing which also came out from the experimentation is poor
- Capturing Candidates actions to contacts as feedback loop to improve quality score of searches
- Capture Sourcing to Interview arranging steps while identifying conversion ratios

If one is able to solve the quality of sourcing, I guess the rest of the work-flow is still more manual driven and can be attacked later.
