Good. To be consistent, I am waiting to see what action is being taken against Ibrahim Ali who threatened to burn bibles. Consistency in the application of law is key.

This is an absolute shame. The Home Ministry can very easily solve this problem by being transparent. But because the minister can't be transparent, he uses polemics like this to skirt the real issue at hand.

Yes, we need to defend the right of the Indonesian press to call Jibby whatever they want and at the same time defend Jibby's right to sue them for defamation. The right to sue is a check and balance against mis-using free speech.

So the bigger question to ask is, why was this political "donation" not done through standard bank transfers?

Why was the need to "smuggle" the cash?

The fact that a diesel sub has to refuel is one of the primary reasons why many nations have abandoned it. The advantage of a submarine is that it can "disappear" into the sea without having to reveal it's location. That element of suprise is lost when you have to refuel every couple of days.

We have to condemn these sort of political threats on both sides of the house. If Pakatan is responsible for this they must be condemned. Similarly if Barisan is responsible for this, they must be condemned as well. Nobody should be threatened for having a different political ideal.

This must be the only organization in the world that associates an appreciation for a different view point (read Pakatan's Viewpoint) as "hate"

It's always sad when somebody dies this way. My condolences to his family. May his soul rest in Peace.
