You are so right that things have become in very many ways a replay of the 2008 election. SSDY.

So now that we've pretty well established that both the political parties are nothing more then propaganda tools for TPTB, I'm wondering how many of us are willing to re-examine that useless old media-driven meme that a 3rd party candidate cannot be elected. I'm not talking about this November - I understand that we need to work within the system to affect immediate change and oust the current regime; I'm talking about the fight that needs to start November 7th. I'm hopeful that most Tea Party types have finally become disillusioned with the idea that either of the corrupt parties can be "taken back" (as if they ever belonged to We the People in the first place) and are ready to overturn the completely puppet single party with 2 names "2-party" system and take this nation back!

Thanks so much for all you've done for the past 4 years (Kevin, all the HB contributors, and every bit as important - all those who have gotten off that couch and joined the fight). Here's to seeing some real change in the next 4!

The Wisconsin Grandsons of Liberty did a study of voter registration in Milwaukee for the April 5, 2011 election (State Supreme Court Justice), and found that 33 percent of them had errors. Here is the report: http://www.wisconsingrandsonsofliberty.com/upload... where the most telling line is this one:

"First roughly 94 percent of the voters registering had either a Wisconsin Drivers License or State ID" (pg. 4)

In Maryland, I need photo ID to buy Sudafed. I feel sorry for all of the people who can't get cold medicine because they have no ID.

When my Grandparents and great-Grandparents immigrated to this country, they not only had to follow the rules with paperwork, but they had to have proof of a job and a sponsor in America that would be responsible for them until they became citizens. They didn't have the luxury of sneaking across a lax border in the middle of the night, but had to earn the money to pay for a ticket on a ship, be processed through Ellis Island, then have enough money to make their way from New York City to their final destination/job. They were allowed to bring their children, but again had to pay their way as well.

And they were thankful for the opportunity.

They took bottom rung jobs and learned English from their children (who they insisted speak it) - but learn it they did! When they came of age, the young women cleaned houses and became domestic servants, often relocating many miles from their family in order to do so and get ahead. The young men learned a trade, or if they were extremely lucky earned an education. They suffered being "pigeon holed" into an ethnic neighborhood, being taunted and called names because they were "foreigners" and strived with every fiber of their being to prove that their heritage was proud, strong, and could contribute to this Republic. The one thing they never did was whine.

Antonio should be introduced to some elderly Americans that immigrated here from Europe or Asia. Perhaps the experience would make him grow up and realize how lucky he is to be here - and yearn to become a legal citizen the old fashioned way. But alas, Antonio feels we owe him something. Perhaps that's why his home country has fallen to ruin and is over run with drug lords.

She's part of the elite, lying media and cannot be trusted. She was also quoted as saying a little radiation is good for you. Was a fan....not anymore.

and then what happened? there is more to the Newt story --

Clinton got the Republicans voted into power -- we had enough of him just as Obama got the Republicans voted into power -- even Teddy was replaced with a REPUBLICAN

You don't have to be far right to be Republican -- just have to be right

Ooooh! Unload on the queenie! Go! Go! Go!
I love it!

BTW, I like the respectful silence on Sen. Mark Kirk (R- Illinois) who recently suffered a stroke. Sure, during his election, we were hard on him, but he was a candidate. Now that he's a blithering brain damaged idiot -- wait, he was that before the stroke -- we won't make fun of him during his illness.

Oooops! I just did. That's because I'm not as much of a gentleman as you, Mr Kevin Dujan.

Kevin,

Let me start by saying I do this for a living. I agree that Malware Bytes is a great fee program. So is Ccleaner (used to clean your temp files and other useless clogging garbage). As far as anti malware it's simply a case of income; there is a ton of money to be made on writing scam security ware, Trojans, and other nefarious programs. Norton etc. are not to blame for the malware, just for writing crap to remove it.

The best paid program I've found is Vipre Antivirus & Antispyware. It's affordable (about half the price of Norton o Kasperski) and it works well. Use it in conjunction with Ccleaner and Malware Bytes every week or so, and you'll have a reasonablly happy PC.

The free programs are worth what you pay for them. I get paid to clean crap off systems with AVG, Avast!, etc. all the time.

Last note; many websites that seem safe are run by small, unsophisticated people who do what they do well but know nothing about web security. Hackers can easily place Trojans on these sites, and by simply clicking on a knitting pattern or a cookie recipe you get infected. This is currently one of the biggest ways people get infected these days. So even of you think you do safe web browsing, you may fall victim to malware more easily than you think.

Recap:
Download Ccleaner, Vipre, Malwarebytes (all easily found with a Bing search). Remove any other antivirus or anti malware that might fight with these programs (ie: ad aware, spy bot, Windows Defender, Microsoft Security Essentials, Norton, McAfee, AVG, Avast!, Kasperski). Run Ccleaner, then Malware Bytes, then install Vipre and do a full scan.

If you have a seriously nasty virus, try downloading Vipre Rescue (free download) and let it do a full scan.
