No one sits in the first two rows at our church too. Maybe everyone's afraid of the pastor spitting on them while he preaches.

Maybe we should just put an aisle between every 2 seats. That way EVERYONE gets an aisle seat.

Good point. I guess people will ask for a hug if they want one.

On the other hand, I think that people with small children or an issue that causes them to leave mid-service are understandable to want to sit on the end, but I don't think that everyone fits into that category.

What about for those Sunday School teachers who are busy cleaning up after their preschoolers and don't have someone to save them a nice end seat? I wouldn't necessarily say that being some of the last ones into the service is at fault of being late.

My big question: WHY are the aisle seats so much more coveted? As long as the person standing next to me isn't turned singing into my ear, I'm okay with a middle-of-the-row seat. I don't get it.

I almost hyperventilated at #1 and #2. I have a passionate hatred of both those fonts. (Am I allowed to hate an inanimate object like a font?) And my eyes are in pain from #7. I do the graphics for our church, and people don't understand why I don't do these things, especially #5.

Thank you for this well-timed post. I recently started in a position that has significant influence on the social media for my company, and this has given me a great place to start.

Who would you consider to be the key figures in a company to encourage to become a part of the social media scene?

I "read" a lot of photography blogs, if you can call that reading. I also follow several friends and some recipe blogs. And Awful Library Books, Cake Wrecks, PostSecret and AwkwardFamilyPhotos.com.
