Good luck with this. It assumes a level of good faith and fair dealing that simply does not exist, unfortunately. People are willfully ignorant of facts that are inconvenient to them, and thus they "kill the messenger" of any said facts.

Yup, that's where we are. You ain't black if you don't vote Democrat and wear your hair in cornrows.

You're missing the point. The majority will always vote for low taxes, generous benefits -- for themselves. Obama is trying to exploit that by promising generous benefits and low taxes, paid for by the rich. Of course the majority supports that. Obama and everyone else who is paying attention understands that it's an empty promise: there aren't enough rich people with enough money to pay for generous benefits. So why is he doing it? Because it's an opportunity to destroy the Republican Party, which holds together an economically diverse coalition based on a platform of low taxes for EVERYONE. Lose that glue, and the rest of it falls apart fairly quickly.

He did well, but she left a wide open door there for him to walk through by mentioning that his "loving family" conferred an advantage on him that other blacks did not enjoy. Essentially, she had just admitted that it was not racism that is holding blacks back, but family dysfunction.

Please continue to focus on the New Black Panther Party. What happened at the DOJ is a gross miscarriage of justice, and I sincerely believe that upwards of 90+% of the American people would be shocked and horrified if they knew they knew of the full story. It's also key because Obama's 2012 election campaign is going to be all about voter fraud, voter intimidation, patronage voting, etc., and their dropping of this case was just the first step towards setting the stage for all of that. We have to stay on this topic through to the end.

Wow, you are really out in la-la land if you don't see a problem with this video. First of all, the stunning display of ignorance about what the Tea Party stands for from an executive at a news organization is jaw-dropping. The Tea Party stands for "limited government", if not for anything else. The relationship between evangelical Christians and the Tea Party is at best uneasy, but for sure, they as distinct as labor unions and environmentalists are on the left. This self-described "intellectual" can't even be bothered to update his tired, old slurs against the right-wing from the 1980's.

Then we have the irony of this guy carrying on about how sad it is that just a small, fraction of the U.S. population are as smart and enlightened as he, with the rest being a bunch of ignorant, uneducated, racist, "bitter clingers", all the while he's being duped by what should've been a pretty obvious hoax. Did he bother to do any background research on a group that he's willing to spend a substantial amount of time and energy courting for NPR? Their "cover" was about an inch deep!

Then we have an admission that NPR would be "better off in the long run" without federal funding, right in the middle of Congressional battle over that exact topic in which NPR lobbyists are making precisely the opposite claims.

And we're not even at the anti-Semitism yet. "Yes, the ZOG controls the media, but not at NPR, where we're proud to be known as National Palestinian Radio"!

Yeah, what's the big deal? People with views like those should definitely be funded and supported by the federal government. Absolutely.

That's Laura Richardson of Long Beach California acting as Speaker. I've known her since she was on the local City Council, and she was an arrogant and stupid person then, and apparently nothing's changed at all. She spent a few years in Sacramento in between where she pissed off everyone in that town by letting a house she bought in the boom go into foreclosure and disrepair in the bust. Apparently, given her meteoric rise to power, the cream really rises to the top in the Democratic Party!

You didn't even mention that the Obama Administration has argued in court that the individual mandate in the health care bill is in fact a tax, which means that millions of people, most of whom if they are uninsured presumably have incomes way below $250,000, received a massive tax increase under the health care reform bill.

Obama and everyone else on the far left have no choice other than to bury their heads in the sand. The only other alternative is that everything that they've ever believed about the world is wrong. The next two years will be very interesting, to say the least. 2012 will probably be an even worse wipe-out for the Democrats than 2010 was.

Exactly on point. Could not have said it better myself, and I'm also one of those black men that has wandered "off the plantation".
