We shouldn't lie to ourselves. If this is reparations, then it is thin soup. Paying $50k today will never make up for the hundreds of years of slavery visited on the sufferers, first at the hands of muslims and africans such as Barack Obama's ancestors. Many have been enslaved in history. The "Slavs" of "Slovakia" were the namesake of the institution of slavery, and the muslims were first and foremost in enslaving them. The muslims followed the roman and egyptian examples in enslaving everyone they could. But we are not slaves now, and we should not be enslaved to the mindset that it was the Europeans alone who committed the atrocities. Nor should we act like it didn't happen, or wasn't the fault of our ancestors as well. If we want to do justice, we should do justice correctly. Let all who have been enslaved be compensated by those who were enslaved, or no one should be repaid. Perhaps we should all call it even, and maybe us Jews should repay any money we got from Germany for forced labor wages. (But not the money for life insurance and for assets seized, however.) Let's give that money back, and wait until all collect for us to collect as well.

Mr. Dismuke, you should be given a full time job to work on this and other government corruption. You have shown that you are willing to do the right thing rather than play along with doing evil, even if it benefits you personally. Why aren't you in a position of power over these government types? You have shown yourself a paragon of personal responsibility. And the fact that you would stand practically on your own for Justice shows that you could be a great public servant, one who won't ask the public to serve him.

The alternative to the peace accords is honesty, and that is something difficult to accomplish. For what is the honest truth about Jihad, about Abbas's role in terrorism, and about the Hamas takeover of Gaza? The honest truth may be that the Palestinians only accept the peace process as a means to destroy Israel, and they won't accept the existence of Israel. But that may not be anything against Jews specifically, look at India and Serbia and Sudan and Nigeria - most of the wars in the world are because Muslims won't accept the existence of neighbors who are free and non-Muslim. This ridiculous line by even "friendly" Palestinians that the Temple was never there or that the Holocaust was exaggerated for political purposes... that needs to be dealt with through the truth. Either the Palestinians must accept that the First and Second Holy Temples were at the ground of the Al Asqa Mosque, or they are not interested in Peace, or Truth, or Justice, or even with the will of their "Allah". For it was to the One that the Temple was built, and it should be rebuilt. As a true test of peace, we need to ask for that land back. We could even move the whole mountain so they can keep their mosque AND the mound. If they say no, we'll just rebuild the traveling tabernacle and make it clear that they can't command our religion, we only need one King. Oh, and we could set up a website outside of the Israeli government. It could be a website where all Israeli registered voters are able to log in and share their own thoughts of what should happen. Maybe we could use a bit of hyperdemocracy to move our intransigent leaders in the correct direction.

Who defends Jews against Muslims? Are American Jews so willfully blind as to believe the American or European officials will want to be involved? Jews, only Israel offers any protection, and no one else will. I've yet to see a synagogue attack prevented in Europe or America, or anti-Jewish words treated as a "hate-crime".
