Haha, sometimes when a craving hits, fifteen seconds is all I can take, lol.

I think chocolate and pb will always be my all time favorite combo, BUT I agree that there are tons of underrated combos out there. With chocolate and coconut, I can usually only handle a little bit at a time since it tastes intense to me -- good, but intense. Other underrated/underused combos: cinnamon + ANYTHING, chocolate + cherry, basil + something sweet, lemon + lavender, lavender +anything, maple + banana, raspberry + peach....

I literally feel like you are in my brain with this post -- these are some of the exact same lessons I have been thinking bout lately, especially the whole "no one has their life figured out at 21" thing. I keep beating myself up, but then I take a few deep breaths and remember that things will fall into place as long as I keep doing what I love and what I think is right. And that's all I can do.

Another lesson has been that sometimes, change comes along really fast, and that can be ok. It can even be a good thing.

I am definitely jealous of your chopping skills, and will probably be jealous of your culinary school adventures/skills in general. But good news! You can practice all the things you learn at school by cooking delicious things for me. I'm willing to make that sacrifice. :)

The bulk containers of chocolate chips sound pretty exciting to me. :)

Last big change: coming to France for the summer! Next big change: moving back to NYC and starting full time work. Well, assuming I get a job. :)

Sometimes changes are hard, but I think you can always tell in your heart when they're "right", ya know? And it sounds like this one is "right". I love reading about adventures, especially as they relate to whole mind/body health. I'm excited to hear about culinary school!

My favorite cookbook...hmmm, that's tough. I mostly just use Tasty Kitchen, actually (the pioneer woman's site)...

This is probably the thing that makes me happiest about being a college grad! Although since I'm taking classes this summer (however easy), I still kind of have to do stuff on Sundays, lol. BUT I have had some totally free Sundays and am looking forward to more when I get back. It is the greatest.
