Ron Edmondson : A Quick Word of Advice when Seeking Wisdom

I learn quite a bit from my boss who is very different me. He will ask me what I am doing about something. I'll give him an answer. He'll argue with me 20 to 30 minutes about my answer. When I finally give him the reasoning he was looking for, he will tell me he agreed with me the entire time. He just wanted me to learn how to make decisions the right way, know why I was making them, and be able to share why.

Ron Edmondson : Vacation Preferences

I like to pace myself. Before I arrive, I have itinerary for each day. There are a couple items for each day I "have" to do, and then a couple of "optional" items. I always leave myself plenty of time each day to do so something I had not planned to do.
