My only suggest, and it's just based on what friends have told me, is not to bother booking your flight between the countries until you're there. Travel can be crazy cheap over there... I've never been but have heard of flights for under $150, so if your current prices say more, I say skip it for now. Also, you will be able to eat for $5-10/day :) you're going to have an amazing time!

This has been on my mind a lot lately, since moving... the other part to this is, isn't it nice to have a job that you know you will work steady hours, have vacay time, etc. so that you can go enjoy LIFE? Great post, Krystal :)

I've never been part of a Toastmasters Club but have heard great things about them; peers and profs have both raved about clubs in different cities, so I'd definitely check it out! :)

Hahaha... I just have to laugh and tell you that I have lived with boyfriends since I was 18 years old and I have always made sure we had separate blankets. It's nice to know I'm not alone on that ;)

I have never had to dispute a charge but my credit card number was somehow stolen once before. A few years ago, I went to pay for gas but my card kept getting declined. I knew the card had maybe $50 on it (of a $1,000 limit) so there had to be a mistake. After calling Visa, they told me they had to suspend my card, because someone tried to buy $3,000 worth of airline tickets on it! Thank you, Visa. Sorry, sucker who stole my number.

I would like this person to know that I know you in real life and don't think you lost any friends because of your efforts to get out of debt; and seriously, if you had, wouldn't it have made you realize that those friends didn't support you in the first place? Jeez. That part bugged me.

I just ordered retainers because, 12 years after getting my braces off, my teeth are starting to shift a bit. The two will probably cost me a couple hundred bucks but it's definitely worth it. If you can make it work, I highly suggest getting them!
