I said in someone's comments (I can't remember whose, apologies, I am crap) that there was an overwhelming feeling of empowerment on the day - all these amazing women who write so beautifully, because they want to, because they can. This manifesto embodies that feeling and I really hope people take it to heart. I am not a 'successful' blogger by any means - I have never been in the Tots 100 and am unlikely to be, and my stats are made of teeny tiny numbers. However, nobody who was there on Saturday gave a shit about that, and I was so glad because I don't either. I felt completely accepted for who I was and what I am doing and I was so happy about it. As Deer Baby said, I hope this goes up on BMB. This really is what blogging's all about.
