This is one of the most touching articles I have read at Destiny in Bloom. Tears came to my eyes and healing came to my heart. My tears were visible, but the healing is not. I can't physically show how the healing process has started in my heart. However, I can describe the healing process through the imagery of a beautiful pearl necklace. I think in the near future I am in the process of seeing some beautiful pearls being harvested. I can see one pearl on a necklace now, but as I unpack things, and pearls are harvested; overtime I will have a beautiful strand of cultured pearls. Thank you for your time, your heart, and your willingness to do all that you do for God!

This was great Rebecca! I just reposted it on FB. You put a big smile on my face today as I know you are and will continue to do for others as they read and keep reading the joys and sometimes sorrows of our beautiful lives. Thank you for totally blessing me and others with many smiles! Great love to you and blessings in all your joyous and not so joyous moments! ;-)

Devi,
You spoke my heart! As I am a pastors kids who has gone through living in a home where a pastor has been unfaithful to his family. I presently am in school to be a chaplain in a children's hospital, but I want to further my education to be a family therapist to pastors/church leaders and their families. Families truly can be restored, there is just not that many people to walk pastors through the process.
I am so glad you are serving and I pray that God continue to uses your family in great unexpected ways! So that you can always say, "Wow God!"
Great love to you and your family!

Thanks Tirzah for opening your heart and sharing a piece of what God is doing and has done in your life. Lately, God is really speaking to me about turning ashes into beauty. Thanks for your words.

You are named Star Girl here on earth, but I think in heaven you will be referred to as Diamond Girl! I think even a while back on FB I said that I was going to start calling you my diamond friend. I need to keep that up.
~ Great love to you diamond friend!

Beautiful! Absolutely a beautiful post. I love your words "but spiritually I’ve got an entire network of the Heavenly Host plus God Himself watching over my daily walk." I am going to share this wonderful post with others. Thank you.

So good Melissa! Having Jesus say, "I am proud of you" is the best! In the last two years I have heard those words and I was like, really?!? It is so nice to have Him proud of His girls.

I love what you always say, "Respect the process; be amazed by the result!” Those are words to live by. Thanks!

Melissa this is a great post! I read it this morning and was convicted in the fact that I really don't pray for people who are presently in or been affected by the sex industry. Sadly, the state that I reside in has more strip clubs per capita then Las Vegas. In the last month or so I found out that blocks away from where my husband and I once lived child prostitution is going on. This breaks my heart and I have now begun to pray for little girls I see walking along the street(s). Now after reading your blog, I am (and did this morning) going to pray for the hearts of those women in the clubs. I am sad that I haven't really prayed for them in the past, but I am glad that through this blog Jesus can and is enlarging my heart. His heart is so big! Thanks so much for sharing a piece of your heart which reflects His.
