Hello, I just wanted to let you know about my experience with VooVit. I shipped 3 boxes from the UK to France, I was very pleased with VooVit until I opened my boxes. 75% of all my crockery was smashed, they obviously do not take very much care when moving the boxes. I had individually wrapped everything with newspapaer, but it appears that they dropped all of my boxes off a cliff, see my twitpic of the aftermath -http://twitpic.com/1l7i3u

And suprise suprise, they don't cover breakage...

NOT IMPRESSED to say the least!
