Meh, I'm done with it. This patch has made the game more unstable for me. I have all the graphics on low, audio at the lowest, was playing a huge map with 4 players and it's crashing every 10 turns. I'm kinda done with it now. Before the patch this was doable, not now.

There are some irritations in the game. Not sure which one is worse, that the research you learn in the first few turns of 'Ancient History' in the game are associated with quotes from the old testament or, once you learn all the research that it quotes george bush over and over and over again.

Works better but I've not tried the DX11 yet. Actually tempted to install Civ3 since it will likely play a helluva lot faster.

It made it more stable but it still has some bugs. DX11 still crashes on me.
I'm not sure when they're going to release it but there's a huge patch being worked on. They just posted info about it yesterday.

I've been playing 5 since last weekend. Would be awesome if dx11 worked right and even dx9 has crashed on me once. Will be nice to see them fix some of the problems.

This is sad news coming from where I was born and raised. I got a call from a friend this week from up there about the first priest. Apparently his dad was raised in an very religious home in the same community that the first guy was a part of. Now he's wondering if his father wasn't a victim of this.

I watched the After Show thing on Cook Network and I have to say that Brad, while skilled in the kitchen, really does suffer in front of the camera like a bad actor. His new POV was interesting and I think I would have watched it but his delivery seemed much more like squeezing hard playdoh through a mold.

I see I'm not the only one that noticed that. I drew the same conclusion and after seeing that commercial thought for sure that Aria was going home and not Brad.

Was quite shocked to see Brad go home tonight. Frankly, I would have been less shocked to see my favorite, Aarti, go home. It is what it is. Tom is a force and unless Aarti gets her confidence in check, and as I've said before, realize that her cooking talent belongs to her, not borrowed or lended, she's going to loose. Aria, now, come on.
