Most business owners I talk to think Facebook is a "set it and forget it" type deal. They think once they create a Fan Page that business should just "flood" in.
Some clients also say, "Facebook doesn't work for us", I look at their page and notice they haven't posted anything since 2009.
I wonder why it's not working???
