I am surprised the number is so high, but from what I've seen, maybe not so much. Most big brands use Social Media to push their product and not use it for what it's supposed to be used for; to listen, to ask, to learn, to engage.

If their phone rings, they answer it.

If an email is sent to them, they respond to it.

Social Media should be the same way. Your customer/potential customer is talking to you...

Great article!

Most business owners I talk to think Facebook is a "set it and forget it" type deal. They think once they create a Fan Page that business should just "flood" in.

Some clients also say, "Facebook doesn't work for us", I look at their page and notice they haven't posted anything since 2009.

I wonder why it's not working???

It's very similar to the first. Some of Zach's lines seemed forced, but still a really funny movie. Better than the first? No, but the funniest movie I've seen this year
