In the first place they are in violation to the United States Constitution and are invalid as soon as they are signed into law. Secondly dumbass this is not a democracy it is a Constitutional Republic. Just in case you do not understand what that means. It means that you can not pass laws that violate the Constitution not even if you have 90% of the public opinion wants it that way you can not pass an unconstitutional law. The only way to change it is to Amend the constitution. In other words the Constitution is the law of the land and no law passed by anyone anywhere can override it.
