there are so many "mysterious" questions about this freak. The only reason they remain "mysterious" is because no one challenges this pair (Michelle) in court. these two along with MANY compatriots are doing us in. There sure is a LOT of fussing about WHAT the aka Obama administration is DOING but NO ONE and NO STATE seems to want to challenge his authority to DO what he is doing. His daddy was a citizen of a foreign country -- a protectorate of the British and was therefore a BRITISH SUBJECT -- NOT A citizen of the USA as required by our Constitution. The people of Texas should stand by their slogan: "Don't mess with Texas." The threat by the federal government should be ignored. What are they going to do? Forbid travel to a particular state just because they stand by the Constitution? I support Texas' efforts to stop abuse of involuntary searches as protected by the Fourth Amendment. Go Cowboys!

The state of Texas should hold their ground and call the feds bluff on this. If the feds did stop airline flights to and out of Texas, we wouldn't have to put up with OBama making any more fund raising trips and stupid speeches about how secure the border is. The state should make a confrontation out of this and see whether the feds have the balls to back up their threats.

Sounds like coercion to me. Ideally the Congress and Senate would eliminate the TSA, and defund the TSA in the short run. It is imperative we all vote OUT of office those Representatives and Senators who support the TSA and the Patriot Act. People absolutely must contact their Representatives and Senators and insist they defund the TSA, and NOT renew the Patriot Act. It seems we cannot rely on the Republicans to clean up Washington, and have only the Tea Party to help us elect truly conservative members to Congress and the Senate.

I just wish that all of the states would withdraw all of their financial support from the Federal Government all at the same time until the Federal Government abolishes the TSA, DEA, IRS, EPA, and any other unconstitutional Federal Agency that exists and that the Federal Government would concede that they must obey the mandates of the States.

The fact that the feds are being forced to directly take on more and more states, to combat the nullification process is refreshing! With each new step by the 50 states, to reclaim their Constitutional positions of power over the federal government, the usurpers on the federal level have to fight each battle, while the states only have to burden 1/50th of the battle. If you take the time to see that nearly EVERY state in the union has an issue with the fed's usurpation of power, it is only a matter of time that the federal usurpers will be overwhelmed by the will of the People through their states. The Constitutional power balance will be restored. Have faith in the Constitutional tools our Founders gave us! The nullification process is working, and has a proven track record dating back to 1798, with the Virginia and Kentucky Resolutions.
