elenits

I am writing from Greece to tell you that the last thing that will be stamped out under austerity is government corruption and government dealings with local oligarchs. Only people like you - normal people - will suffer and die. You will be jobless, foodless, without access to medical care, electricity, heating and you could soon also be homeless. It is YOU that will pay for the state's debts, not anyone connected to the state. You will watch as big corporations come in to strip Ukraine's public assets that YOU paid for. There will be no end to this either since Ukraine's debt is to deep. Ukraine will NOT be fine, and much of it will not be owned by Ukrainians anymore. Good luck!

Yuri

I liked this article because it is one of the rare that did not accuse Ukrainians of being Nazi, neo-Nazi or something of the sort. It should be understood that the majority of Ukrainians are prepared to endure every hardship to get out of the clutches of Moscow. In fact Ukrainians badly need to learn how to live within their means and this is the best opportunity for them to do it. The most important thing is to stump out corruption within the government, If this can be done, Ukraine will be fine, if not, it will be the same mess.

bozhidar balkas

push/putsch meets push/putsch. russia saves ukrainian wholeness and prevents a civil war in ukraine. before ukraine can once again wage politics [instead of violence] two things have, afaIk, to happen: president resumes presiding and both putsches end. is this what russia is after: restoration of the law and order and abolition of the two coups? i think and hope so! eu/us/un needs to stop taking sides! so far, it had not only approbated a putsch and violent protests, but also egged all that on. it's a shame bank ki moon is engaging in such lawlessness. i do expect law breaking by eu/us but not from UN.
