Fahreza

I think when it comes to finance an emphasis on customer service that is sustainable, honest, practical, authentic and personal will work best. Financial insitution's should also embed these qualities into their values and missions. In today's volatile market, more and more financial institutions that should have failed during the financial crisis continue to exist because they have built a solid foundation of trust with their clients that are built from some of the principles mentioned above. Although more emphasis in sustainable and honesty is needed, the discourse around financial reform presents optimism that they are moving towards practices that are more sustainable and honest.

steven

Great article, well articulated. I hope small and mid-size manufacturers will read it and realize that packaging is a key element in a brand strategy. And stop letting printers "design" their packaging for "free." Packaging represents the brand
