Small correction on the Pita regarding your statement "holds the record as the deepest diving watch in production at a rating of 5000 meters below the water’s surface": Whilst undoubtly being a technical masterpiece, the 20'000 feet (6'000m) by Swiss Military is able to withstand a lot more pressure: http://www.20000feet.com/

The Future? More the future as envisaged by the Will Smith Movie 'Wild Wild West' - all over-elaborate engineering. Still, pretty cool collection. Although, you would have to build up some serious arm muscles to walk around with one of those bad boys on your arm!
