one of the problematic areas in the U.S. History appears when the U.S. allowed the Corporations to be recognized as a person..see: 1886 entry "Corporations get rights of individual", Washington, D.C. May 20, CHRONICLE OF AMERICA Publications. Lot of changes would occur if this was rescinded and made illegal. Rescinding the decision made by the U.S. Supreme Court on Corporations will affect all corporations activities, including the U.S. government operating as a corporation, which moves to utilize NDAA to oversee the military in confiscating true individuals. A Corporation stripped of being an "individual" would not be able to legally affect a true individual. A Corporation would not be able to prosecute individuals who are living, human beings. Therefore, the U.S. Supreme Court erred in declaring that Corporations are "individuals", and this precedence needs to be removed. The rights of journalists, editors, Manning, et. als. will be greatly affected as well. aloha.

What gives "rosemerry" the insights and experience to talk about what Americans are enduring? What gives "her" the right to lecture Americans and tell them what to do? NDAA, already detaining Americans, WELL LOOK HERE! ! someone has got to fill those CAMPS ,HALIBURTON HAVE BUILT ALL OVER THE US. it's like weapon manufacturing, they have got to be used to make room for more weapon manufacturing, seems sensible to me to pack those camps that halli have built, with home grown " terrorists " after all that's why the camps are there.

The NDAA is a law that most citizens don't know about because it was signed on Xmas eve of 2011 when nobody was listening. It is a law that takes away our basic right to court trial, and we can be held without reason for any length of time. The NDAA goes against all of our constitutional rights. It must be eradicated unless you want to live in a police/military state.
