task

Mary, Yes, I stand by everything that I said and Jen explained why very well. Let me add the following. As a veterinarian, over the years, like most in my profession, I have come to dislike puppy mills because of the conditions under which the breeding animals are kept; they are minimally attended to, live in small cages, are often parasite laden, denied veterinary care and euthanized after they can no longer produce puppies. And the puppies, despite their value, are not better off; they have high mortality rates, are also parasite laden, suffer from respiratory and enteric infections, live in filth and are often die before they get to market. To me this is inhumane yet because animals are legally considered as chattel the industry has been difficult to reform. What I find even worse is what I see in welfare communities in every big city. I can relate to dozens of examples but one recent one will suffice. I have Jamaican friend who regrets having left her island. Her daughter, at the age of nineteen, just had a baby out of wedlock. The twenty-five year old father is responsible for four babies born by different women over a recent four-month period; he now lives with a thirty-one year old with eight children. In total he has fathered eleven children. He does not work yet wares designer pants and shoes and always has a gold chain since he gets a piece of the welfare check from all the women whose children he fathered. You can often find his friends at the grocery store where they offer to use their welfare debit cards to buy your food at a 50% discount in return for cash. They use that cash to buy drugs and thereby contribute to the support of the Mexican Drug Cartels. The children of this breeder are shoved into different houses where they barely get any attention despite their usefulness to obtain welfare benefits. Recently one baby was crying for eight hours so the mother was finally forced to seek medical attention; the baby’s arm was broken. No one is married, they all take drugs, they do not work; their children are given the same consideration as the puppies from the breeder mills that most thinking and caring people despise, yet many of these same supposedly thinking and caring people do not relate to this industry of child abuse in the same fashion or recognize its genesis. In the nineteen forties and fifties Black America had less of an illegitimacy rate than White America because they had different values and morals. Their illegitimacy rate is now seventy-three percent. What party is responsible for this institutionalized dependency cycle? Which party is responsible for the matriarchal family? Which party is responsible for this devastating effect on child development? Not only did the Great Society initiate chain migration of the poorest and most dependent through immigration law but it also followed up by creating a vast government plantation where welfare benefits abound, where the work ethic is discouraged, where self-sufficiency is represented by more and larger entitlements and where all of the pertinent issues related to children, mentioned in the preceding paragraph, also abound. And it has permanently institutionalized these conditions so that democrats can rely on the votes of the very people that they victimize. Yes, you can bet I will spare no language to characterize the party that is responsible for the willful atrocities among our most defenseless. If you see this differently reread the paragraph that you quoted.

Jen Kuznicki

but why are you a democrat, Mary? and please stop projecting on task, he is an open carry, but that's for your protection, wouldn't harm a bunny or a mouse, in fact, he'd risk his life to save them. And further, words do not incite actions unless you are a liberal. Liberals get upset by words and then lash out with violence. Example? Oh, I don't know, try, Trumpka's words, "Let's get those sons-a-bitches."

mary

You have no idea what I believe about abortion. I can be a Democrat without agreeing on every single party platform. I don't think Republicans ALL agree on everything. I certainly hope they don't ALL agree with you. You sound like you wish someone would march into Charlotte with a bomb strapped to their back to "defend liberty". I know you say you are only using words, but words incite actions.

Jen Kuznicki

Oh, I can explain that, thanks for asking. Heresy. Well, a heretic is someone who tries to sell a plausible philosophy that appeals to the masses, but who is deceptive in his heart. Innuendo. Well, we've heard how the Republicans want to turn back the nation to the 1950's, black and white tv's, all of that stuff is innuendo to try to get the listener to believe Republicans are out of touch. Notice none of that is explained, it's just repeated. Propaganda. Obama is a masterful propagandist. He lies, and it is demonstrably shown, but is ignored because he's president. Arrogance is inherent in every liberal. Apparently Task took offense to your original quote without waiting for your explanation. Maybe he does hate Democrats, so what? I hate liberals. Pure hatred? Yes, I have learned pure hatred from understanding politics, never had that as part of my life before, but we must save the nation from people who would turn the people of the United States into tax slaves. Hope this helped.

task

Mary, In all do respect, I don't disagree with anything you believe in except the concept of abortion in preference to abstinence and the preservation of a life after conception. Anything else you wish for yourself and those you care for and love you deserve the greatest amount of liberty possible that allows you to pursue your interests and dreams. Your pursuit of happiness is really a right (I know that may come as a surprise) and no one was born with a special power over you; unless you wish to support people that use power over others that disagree with your own concepts and, therefore, enable who you vote for to force people to do what you think is good without the consent of others we agree. If you wish to embark on using your time and property, for what gives you happiness, that is your right and I need to defend that right (to preserve my own) from he conga line of freaks that have assembled in Charlotte that believe that happiness can be based on a democracy using a majority that permits them do anything that they want. If you don't understand this what can I say except that I not only disagree but will do my best for myself, my family and our posterity to defend liberty. Remember I am only using words and not force as opposed to what the convention in Charlotte is not satisfied to refrain from using. Exactly where do you think they will stop? Conservatives know these enemies because history has shown that they have been physically brutal to people who disagree. I use words but some wish to use government force. What side are you on?

Gary Cobb

It concerns me when you say we have to reconcile this sad fact. Does that mean we give up and give in? Is seems this designer population is growing steadily due to the irresistible temptation to just take life easy or to punish the harder working better-lifers. What is behind a powerful revolution that would use its power to destroy a society when they could have used this same power and influence to create a greater society? Evil? You know pioneers crisscrossed this great country in the 1700's with nothing to guide them but religious faith and I am sure a bible was never fare away. Right reason, natural law, and faith was their constitution. They were for the most part poorly educated and knew nothing of a coming constitution, or Bill of Rights. They were seeking a better life, religious freedom and a more fertile soil in which to grow their crops and provide for their families. They knew that if you didn't work you didn't survive. They cared for their own and where charitable to those truly in need. They faced hardships and dangers that today no one in America can imagine. Good? Of course even then there were opportunist that took control of the best lands for growing a cash crop, tobacco, but the pioneers pushed on. The point of all this is that good (right) can not give in to evil (wrong). It can not bargain or compromise with it and it surely can not give in to it. This is truly what is at the core of all upheaval in the world today. Everything instability in the world yesterday, today and tomorrow should be considered an effect but the cause for it all is evil. Some say that the devil (evil) owns the world and is the master but if so, there is no reward at the end for them that make this choice. Good is beaten down at every turn but good must get to its feel and battle on each time. The alternative, to give in to evil is to join evil and suffer for an eternity. We have to fight for the truth even if we loose. There will be no peace if we surrender.

task

Gary you (we) have to reconcile the sad fact that democrats have changed the character of the citizen and that such a change is no difference than a revolution (political) and that is why they think a metaphor based upon monstrous hyperbole, the likes we have never seen before, can be so arrogantly employed. What have they done with education, immigration and the entitlements? If they did the same for our biological God given rights and the concepts that created this great and successful country wealth and prosperity would be so ubiquitous we would make much of the Kuwaiti citizens look poor by comparison. They know conservatives don't buy this stuff. They are selling their propaganda to the designer population which they crafted over the last several decades while the rest of us were too busy working to make a better life for ourselves, our family and our communities without the help from those that want to keep us perpetually helpless and in need of them.

Gary Cobb

What drives people to vote for Obama? As you say we are not better off. What troubles me is that there are no indicators that it will improve but yet it is still a tight race. Conditions are so bad that it will require radical changes in the way America does business at home and abroad. It will require work and effort that will be shared and felt by all Americans. Maybe some don't want to get off their asses and do the things required. Better to hope someone else will make the change. I don't think people really understand what a collapse in an economy will do to this country. People think it simply means less money to be spread around and for some they think that is a good think. "Let the rich feel some of the pain". A collapse in the economy means a collapse in transportation, supply of food, no emergency response care, electrical power shortages, no heat for the home, and general civil unrest across the land. What happens to homeland security in such an environment? All that is worst case I suppose but we are rolling the dice here. The plan for the democrats is to divide the classes between those that are pissed off with those that feel pissed on. I guess we will find out soon which group is the majority. If the "pissed ons" are victorious , then the "pissed offs" can just look for more of the same and worse from this administration. If the "pissed offs" are successful the battle to reverse all the damages done to this country will begin and a long hard battle it will be. For me I would rather be pissed off than pissed on any day and I only hope a majority will agree. Why do some still support Obama? Maybe for all the minority groups they feel they have been pissed on for so long that they have learned to like and accept it and now only wish others to experience the same. We have all seen the pissed off's convention in Tampa. Now get ready to watch the pissed ons to take the stage.
