Clauses in that bill legalize the indefinite imprisonment of any American citizen without charges, evidence, trial or legal representation - all of which violates the 1st, 5th and 6th amendments to the constitution - on the accusation, not proof, that the person has committed a "belligerent act" or "supported" a force hostile to the US. These terms were chosen for their vagueness, have no legal meaning, and can be used to justify the arrest and imprisonment of any person for anything. All members of Congress who voted "yea" to this bill violated their oaths of office to "protect and defend the Constitution of the United States". All but 10 senators voted "yea" while the House was split. Some members of Congress are moving to reverse the damage with the Due Process Guarantee Act, a bill that would restore the rights of Habeas corpus, trial by jury and legal counsel guaranteed in the Bill of Rights to all American citizens and legal residents. The bill is stuck in committee in both Houses and as of this writing does not have enough votes to pass. I was curious about who Shin Beth was, nobody every mentions Shin Beth and I wanted to know what their influence was and where it was enforced from in the blogs, so I fished, I said that Occupy Wall street was a Shin Beth operation because Joe Dana and I had cooked it up a few months before it broke in Zuccotti square in New York City at 072, what I thought was a shin beth site because it had featured the thoughts of Yuval Diskin from time to time, a pretty nice guy with some guilt on his back, I felt he might be inside of the tent city Protests in Israel because of his jurisdiction as a civil security chief, it figured that he might have Dana, stumping for a hit from another source to promote Tent City USA with shin beths conections aiding and abetting the events, It seemed a good fishing vehicle, I could sit back and watch who promoted occupy after knowing it might come if Shin Beth participated, which I anticipated they might, and I think they have and their connections seem to reach into Hedges sphere of influence in a tangential kind of way, but not with any conclusive concrete evident to suggest this is intentional on anyones part save for a few insiders doing the sterring behind the scenes, most others are agitprop victims, as the article insinuates. Chris - Many thanks for your efforts in re: the NDAA court case. The 'with us or against us' mantra was not borne by mistake. While first used to mean 'support the US or support terror', it quickly became useful to 'side with the administration or side with terror', enabling the Bush/Cheney cabal to twist, pervert and neuter various constitutional rights. It takes a person of integrity and a brass pair these days to question the absurd 'anti-terror' laws. Again - many thanks for your efforts.

The last paragraph speaks of “Misinterpretation” This is not really the case. They know who is and is not a real problem, they use this as a weapon to silence anyone who may have found out things that the government don’t want made public, and this would include further evidence of involvement of senior officials in the 9/11 bombings, as that is really what they were. Imagine that you as an individual found irrefutable evidence that they were involved, could you risk being locked up for life, for simply telling the truth, because that is the power that these people have. Most people see this as an exaggeration, but believe me, it will happen, if it hasn’t already. The only way to prevent this from continuing this way is for everyone to start to question what is happening, and not to leave it to the ones who’s only crime, is that they realised this was happening before others did. I personally know how difficult this is, even my own wife tends to ignore most of what they do, thankfully my children take after me, and are very nosey, and like to know the truth, not the rubbish most of the papers print.
