Reading the comments I hve to laugh. You all in one way or another cite the Constitution, but when time comes to vote most of you will again vote for either the democratic or the reublican bafoon, instead of voting for Ron Paul who is the only one that has consistantly upheld the Constitution and never voted against the spirit of the Constitution

There is one sure way to keep from having your electronic gadgets bugged: don't use them. Ninety percent of the electronic gizmos sold to people today are non-essential. People buy them just to be fashionable. In addition, check the internet for shops that sell anti-surveillance and anti-spyware qeuipment - you would be amazed at the number of devices that can block almost anything. Dont take Big Brother's abuse lying down! Use your head and combat the never-ending invasions of our privacy. And....by all means do NOT vote for the jerks who created this legislative permission in the first place! None of this would occur if the lawmakers did not give their permission.

Surely there is a genius out there somewhere who will come up with some kind of device that will defeat all the apps that can totally invade our lives. If not, we are doomed to stiff regulations that will essentially take our freedoms away and completely enslave us. We will not be allowed to make our own choices of any kind, The powers in charge now, have carefully determined what we can and cannot do without even employing this extreme spying.

For people doubting... This stuff is real. The real question is can they force it into every piece of electronics made at low cost? This part is pie in the sky. However, simply monitoring the internet and people's mobile devices is a much easier solution. Just secretly take over Facebook and google... But that would be too much like the Soviet Union... The ironic part is that with a little education and work... All these measures can be circumvented quite easily while still being "plugged in". People often forget that it's hard to make electronics work properly and easy to break them. In the end, if electronics will kill our freedom, simply unplug... This is effective for everything except rfid.

Anybody thinks they can stop these Politicians today is either out of their mind, or totally naive!
