Only under martial (maritime) law can a person or organization be COMPELLED to perform and be issued a penalty for not doing so. What does this tell you? This action is just more proof that we are actually under martial law, which was declared in 1933 by FDR (proclamation 2040) 12 USC 95(b) of the 'Trading With the Enemies Act'. ALL of the federal government complies with this as evidenced by their blanket contempt for the American people and congress's willingness to do pretty much what the executive tells it to. We have been declared to be 'THE ENEMY'.

Before you know it if we christians don't start standing up against this attack,we will have to have church meetings in secret places.Same thing they had to do in Germany before W.W. I I and in Communist Russia,and I don't think we want that.

It is nobody's "right" to attempt to force any God-fearing Christian church to act in violation of their sincerely held beliefs - we all know what happened to Sodom & Gomorrha and no church organization believing in the veracity of the Word would ever promote such abomination, which is what God calls it since He created marriage to be distinctly the union between one man and one woman, no other combination of the same, period.

If that person making such a ruling is indeed a bona fide Judge, with a law degree, impeachment proceedings should be initiated immediately, before he can cause more damage to our way of life, and to our religious system. If he is just an Administrative Judge, a member of some government agency that has been appointed to hear an argument, then his ruling should mean little or nothing. In any event, OUR CONSTITUTION prohibits Congress from making law to establish any form of religion, nor prohibit the free exercise thereof, so I fail to see how a Administrative Judge could do so.

Metzger violated the law in making a ruling based on religion. Hasn\'t he heard of seperation of church and state? Government hasn\'t the right to make any rulings on religion and marriage being a christian or religious institution government has no right to make any decisions on this. Doing so makes the government guilty of breaching this divide.
