I have written my congresman and demanded that a clear and unambiguous amendment be attached to this bill. It should state that American citizens must be specifically excluded from the provisions of this bill. It should state that the provisions of this bill in no way may be construed to decrease in any way those guarantees for American citizens found in our Constitution.

I am an Oathkeeper and I agree 100% with Stewart. In essence this bill wipes out the 6th Amendment of our constitution and whoever voted for it should be removed from office for "HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANOR'S" . This is not a joke people and it is time to start upholding our oath's which our representitives have broken. Obviously they oath they took means nothing to them! Well it does to us the people who promised to defend our country and people against our enemie's both "FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC"!! What we really need is for the Marines to go in and arrest Obama, Biden., Reid, Pelosi and several more, charge them with treason, convict them and do to them what many countries do to traitors. America failed when it didn't try and execute Jane Fonda, Tom Hayden and John Kerry for trafficing with the North Vietnamese. General Giap stated they were ready to "throw in the towel" when they learned of the anti war movement in the USA and knew then that they would win. We need a mechanism to get rid of the RINOs and others who don't take their oath of office seriously! I hope this works before American Citizens start being sent to detainment camps and/or being killed! I include "killed" because they will never get me there alive! WoooHooooo! Sic 'em, Montana! The National Defense Authorization Act is a very clear and obvious attempt to overthrow the Constitution and the existing US government. Every single Senator that voted for the NDAA is guilty of TREASON and deserves to be removed from office and arrested. We agree to give them the trial that they voted to deny us--- and then send them straight to prison.
