If they will not help us on something as small as this, I'm sure they are not going to help us in locating and killing other terrorists in the area, especially those that fought in Afghanistan for al Qaeda or the Taliban. After all, many of these Libyan "rebels" actually fought against us in both Iraq and Afghanistan, but that didn't seem to mean much to either Obama or Clinton. Now if they are not even willing to hand over al-Megrahi, what are the odds that they will help us find al Qaeda terrorists? Pretty low, I would imagine. And if tribal warfare really heats up in Libya, especially over the oil wealth, then you could have a situation that is worse than Somalia and not far from NATO's coastline. Good going, Mr. President. Lord save us from more of these "victories."

Mr Benkin, I fear that you are assuming that oHUGO jr. was intending to follow previous U.S. Executive branch Mid- East policy, sort of like moderates in the U.S. thought he was for capitalism. With a person of o-HOLE's skill level we can only judge him by the results he obtains, not by his words. IMO all this Mid-East mess has unfolded as per plan, sickening as that is to contemplate. This is what WE have elected to guide our nation in this troubled time. Hopefully we and our allies will survive. .
