Capitalism needs an expanding productive population which would constitute market growth (workers who buy things). Socialism - in any form - does NOT need people at all. Abortion, genocide, slaughter, purging and other forms of limiting population are common tools of communists, socialists (including National Socialists - NAZIS) and other collective social forms. The only way socialism actually works is in an abbey, convent or other structure wherein vows of poverty are required.

Remove all copies of the Koran. Two hours of Talmud chanting three times a day. No Muslim calls to prayer. Pork products daily...no other meat. Boiled prickly pear with Tabasco for vegetable. And, lots of beans.

In the 1960s, strategic philosopher Herman Kahn wrote in one of his books (I'm not sure which one) that, since nuclear war is essentially not winnable, negotiations between nations holding nuclear weapons must be very vigorous. But, he cautioned, that negotiations are only feasible when the parties may be trusted somewhat to be 'reasonable.' It is a different matter altogether when one (or more) of the parties is not reasonable at all. Such is North Korea. It must be crushed.
