I think that in light of this new information it is time for Scott Walker to separate the Collective Bargaining portion out of the bill and vote on it separately from the give backs as Dr. Charles Krauthammer suggested. That way, he could pass the collective bargaining part without the 20 person quorum needed for fiscal matters.

The union also owns the health care provider in WI for the vast majority of the teachers. Conflict of interest? Most expensive to the taxpayers as well. Wanna see corrupt? It's clear to me why Scott Walker needs to end the collective bargaining, read this scathing report and weep...
