hmm i've been working 12 hour days this week outside everyday (FULL SUN) not working in the shade of a tree and none of my co-workers have been whiining. Take off 2 out of the 3 sweatshirts you field guys wear and ignore the laws. You don't follow any other laws why observe these state laws?.
