well...this is easy, The Beatles: Rock Band why? because I am a big fan of the Beatles since I know, and because Harmonix, is much better developer, they doesnt make 4 Rock Bands in a year, like Activision is making with the "Guitar Hero franchise"(GH: Metallica, GH: Smash Hits, GH5 and GH: Van Halen, all in the same year, that sure is "milking")
