“I’m sorry if I came off sarcastically. I do mean to address your concerns, because I think you are missing out on a lot of relevant info here.”

Thanks bro. It’s all good. Water under the bridge. But trust me, I don’t have “high class problems”. LOL Class isn’t even an issue. LOL

“Colorado has a state registry. Colorado has quite a lot of cannabusiness.”

Colorado just like every other MMJ community is facing serious restrictions and changes right now.
Again, this goes back to Medical vs. Full Legalization. Colorado ONLY has the medical issue right now.
Colorado is not dealing with full legalization this year like Washington is.
My point is, why not give equal or GREATER attention to the Sensible Washington Initiative for full legalization?

“If the goal is to offer compassion to medical patients, this bill accomplishes that. Weren’t you the one arguing a while back that the Washington “card” like the THC Ministry card doesn’t protect one from arrest? Well, this registry would mean patients with the card could not be “arrested, searched, prosecuted, or subject to other criminal sanctions or civil consequences under state law, or have real or personal property searched, seized, or forfeited pursuant to state law.””

But I also didn’t say that I disagreed with all of it. I think most of it is good for patients, with exception to the parts that kill cannabiz.
Cannabis business makes obtaining medicine easier and cheaper than alternatives. Collective gardening is very effective. Limiting a co-op that currently serves more than 25 patients (meaning all of them) will make them go out of business.

“It allows patients to change providers at any time.”

But.. It doesn’t do the same for providers. Providers have a 15 day cooling off period before accepting a new patient.
So say they are at their limit, someone comes to them and needs medicine. They can’t temporarily suspend services to one patient to serve another.
So then gramma gets turned back out to the streets.

Anyway, most of it is good until they get to the parts that kill cannabis business in this area.

I found out we have 34 coops with brick and mortar businesses now. Limiting those folks to 25 patients per coop will put hundreds of people out of work and lots of commercial property will go vacant again.

What I am getting at, and Ive said it before. Will NORML please advertise for Sensible Washington? It will help with their fund raising and awareness of other activists. This is really important. I beg of you to help us out. I will print NORML a bunch of shirts in exchange? Whatever it takes. Only that Im broke right now. The tax man came a callin, and I have no cash to send this month. But I can make NORML like 10 shirts and in exchange NORML can stick an advert or two up for the Sensible Washington site?

Thanks for all NORML does. And WA NORML is great too! They did A LOT last year, you are both right.

I think its good to work together as a team, and I try to keep the family united. But it is difficult when the people that should be leading the way to liberty are attacking brothers and sisters in the struggle.
I understand NORML keeping checks and balances, but come on. Roger Christie has no victims, no deceit that I can see. Thanks for your comment BZ420!
