In other owrds Someone from every building in the state will have someone on overtime and mileage raising and lowering the flag for someone not even associated with our state. I would like to know what the overtime and mileage will amount to for that. More than likely low paid staff will be required to do it and brow beat into taking their own time and mileage to do it.
