For an explanation of Craig's second argument, the argument from fine-tuning, check out this post which explains some of the cosmological constants and quantities that Craig mentioned. If you change these numbers even slightly from what they are, the universe would no longer support life. Either chemical diversity would be lost, or stars would not form, or the universe would have recollapsed early on, etc. http://winteryknight.wordpress.com/2009/03/25/is-... The values of these constants and quantities are not caused by natural laws, they are selected by whoever or whatever is doing the creating. The vast majority of selections DO NOT support the minimal requirements for life of any kind.
