OH YESSSSSSSS what a result.....Another welcome year of Prem football for Wigan....

I watched the whole match online and it was poor game with even poorer video quality. I have a 20Mb broadband connection and the lag / delay what ever it is called while viewing the match was simply just painful.

I had it setup on my laptop and streamed to the TV via a HDMI output. The quality on the laptop and LCD TV was very poor. The Ukraine v England stream froze a few times but when their was any form of fast movement i.e when the ball was kicked you had to guess where it had gone.

At least I know why they used Sven as a commentator cos he moves and talks so slow he created the impression the lag / delay was going to be acceptable.

Overall it may have just been my connection / setup but I've watched streamed football matches on line for Free and the quality has been more than acceptable. Unless the quality is improved I will not be paying out £4.99 for a dot to dot football match.

Wigan had a full squad to choose from today - no injuries or suspensions and we still got stuffed. Lets hope Wigan do "learn from today" as we have Chelsea next week, Hull and then Mancity. I can't see many points coming out of the next three games, maybe a draw at Hull.

This sums up Wigan at the moment - pretty funny how wide some of the strikers are off the mark.

I think Martinez should be a little more unhappy with his teams passing skills. So many sloppy passes in and around the goal area, gave Everton far to many opportunities. A few more days on the practice field learning when to pass and how wouldn't go amiss.

What a cracking goal, lets hope for many more like that....
