I think you mis-understood my point. I'm not comparing the pyramid of Quitar (which I believe it to be) to the way a company is run. I'm comparing the pay scale and the amount of people under others to the fact that the way to get more moeny is by having people under you.

Duh! It's just like every other 'work from home' business...Avon, Mary Kay, Partylite, Sephora, etc... Unless you manage people (just like in the real world), you get peanuts b/c you're on the bottom. It works the same way as it does in a business setting. The receptionist makes less than the Associate who makes less than the Manager who makes less than the President. It's the way companies work.

Couldn't have said it better myself! Give these kids a break! Atleast they were still on campus doing harmless things (honestly...was their even a mark left behind?) Let's charge the people who called on this instead of knocking on the door and asking them to stop. These kids could have been at a house party underage drinking, doing drugs or something else ACTUALLY ILLEGAL!
