Global warming/climate change/ our mothers birth pangs, whatever you are calling it today, are a fiction created by Al Gore and his British buddies and their unsecured emails. Tax and oppress above all else. Gotta keep making crap up or someone might realize the hockey stick graph is a complete fabrication.

What is your deal with the RINO teaparty/bag crap? It doesn't even make any sense.

True conservatives like me would tell you, yes, cut Medicare AND the Pentagon budgets.

The price of natural gas has plummeted.......

And thanks to additional supply because of fracking we will all pay less to heat or homes.

Those of you who where protesting capitalism during high school economics class need to ask for some help in understanding supply and demand.

If what you are doing is killing people....

Come on, cut the BS. Quit making claims that aren't true. You only set your cause back by lying.

Tony you are a diehard liberal. Just like a hypocritical liberal you probably drive a Range Rover or some other gas guzzling SUV. But what would one expect from a "business editor" on the outskirts of Boulder. The Volt is a joke,. The cost is too high and the long term maintenance is also too high. Additionally the service record is terrible. Can you say "my car is on fire?" This is a government subsidized, managed, and controlled operation. The only reason it "won" those awards is because of pressure from the Obama administration which owns GM. The sales level of these vehicles would drive any other manufacturer out of business except that the government is artificially propping up the sales by buying thousands of these cars, only to be relegated the dust bin as soon as the battery wears out.

ESOP's can be a great thing for everyone involved as long as the company continues to do well. The company I work for is an ESOP company. Mr. Seeley sounds like a great guy but the statment in the article, "What is -- sadly perhaps -- unusual about Seeley's story is he chose to keep the company intact at the expense of his pocketbook." is a little misleading.

Yes, he could have probably gotten more money for the company selling it to an outside buyer but by setting up the ESOP Mr. Seeley received TREMENDOUS taxes advantages. Those tax advantages can sometimes nearly offset the difference in what he could have gotten for the company.

Because the company is owned by the ESOP they pay no corporate income tax so ESOP's are considered "corporate welfare" by many on the left. In fact, there has been talk in Washington of eliminating the tax advantages ESOP's get which would thereby eliminate ESOP's. This would ruin opportunities for the little guy to get a piece of the pie. Once again proving that the left really doesn't care about regular folks.

Ha, ha, ha, ha.... You people are soooo stupid. You actually believe you'll get rail service? It will never happen. You were snookered back in '05 and if you buy the lie again, you'll pay even more down the road for even less.

The idea that the government could do something right and deliver something on time and on budget is a farse. If you think this is bad, just wait until they start handling your health care. Those of you that believe in the government taking care of things will be in for a big suprise.

Wow, smoke much?

And once again liberals prove their inability to frame an argument without calling someone a nasty name.

Vasquez said. "I'm really supportive of a lot of his ideas. He's not just for the elite

Wow, someone has their head in the sand. Obama IS an elitist. No better than any other politician. A couple of the many examples of his elitist connections.

One of President Obama’s largest financial backers is a key executive at the largest Swiss bank in the world. He is but one of many wealthy bankers Obama has turned to in an effort to win a second term........I though Obama was against corporate connections in political contributions.

General Electric, one of the largest corporations in America, filed a whopping 57,000-page federal tax return earlier this year but didn't pay taxes on $14 billion in profits...........The CEO of GE, Jeffery Immelt, was one of Obama’s friends. He has stayed at the White House. Obama chose Immelt to help on a panel of business people to create jobs. It doesn’t look like it did much good. How come Obama isn’t complaining about GM not paying their “fair share” of taxes?

If you would quit listening to NPR and CNN you would be aware of all the solutions and ideas the GOP have proposed. It must be a boring to be so narrow minded.
