Hi Lessie, Got� your message this a.m., I agree, times are hard for everyone. In my neighborhood houses are now worth half of what the original prices in 2006 and 2007.
My hometown of Tucson. AZ didn;t seem to be hit as hard as the Phoenix area.
I tried to stay up last night to see the show, but not only did I miss the Supermoon, but the rerun of the winner.�
Have a nice Sunday, at my house in Chandler, AZ�its already 71.6 and our high today is supposed to 81, not�bad for March, its just the summers, YIKES!!! I'm from here and its still HOT.�

I missed it, I really wasn;t interested since we know who won, but, I just wanted to see the reactions. beehivestate had it best, me too, I'd be jumping all over my house, and no one, would be able to settle me down. I hope when Eric and Katie were surprised someone captured that on video, that would be nice to see. Since I missed it, I read one blogger say their house was nice, and in an afleunt area, can someone comment on that. Someone also said that Eric was going to school and didn;t have a job, really? How do you handle a mortgage with no income, hmmm, not sure, some info on that would be nice. I'm happy for them, but maybe sometime someone in the west could win, since we live in AZ, and HGTV has built houses in the west, and even then no one from the west won. Eric and Katie, I hope you take the time to really appreciate your good fortune, and enjoy that new baby. for me and my team, GO U OF A

Hi again, I wanted to thank the blogger who commented on someone in the west winning, atleast once in awhile. Even when they build dream homes out no one from the west wins. I also read someone said something about a single mom who had lost her job, was the original winner. If that blogger is still here can you tell me if she knows, and how did HGTV find out she had lost her job, it seems if they had been talking with neighbors someone who ask questions and tell her. WOW, if that goes public, HGTV could and should have some explaining to do. How can you deny someone a win based how them being single and no job. I'm happy for the winners! But, I to won't watch tonight. I personally think that HGTV has always done the selection this way, does anyone remember the DREAM HOUSE giveaway a few years ago. The winner answered the door, and wasn't even surprised. Plus, she had her entire family dressed up and visiting at just that exact time. The blog was jammed with comments about her reaction. I mean come on, if you'd JUST found out that you were the winner, you'd be so overcome with joy and excitement, I'd be jumping ALL over my house, I know I wouldn't be able to calm down. The folks who get their basements re-done on Income Property show more excitement that she did.
