I couldn't agree with you more!!! Just read the article where a small helpless dog was mauled by 2 Pitbulls on the 900 block of Elizabeth Street Friday. What's next?
I would assume there must be some kind of law for dogs disturbing wild life and I was under the impression that during hunting season a hunter has the right to kill a dog that is running deer. If you search the internet you will find many sites showing Pit bull's attacking humans either killing them or severely injuring them, many are young children. I have no doubt that these dog's can be extremely dangerous to humans and other domestic animals as well as wildlife. You couldn't pay me enough to own one, the liability is out of sight.
People with these types of dogs need to be sued for damages. Sometimes the only way to make them understand the damages these dogs can do is to get them where it hurts the most, right in the pocketbook!!
He should never walk the streets again as long as he lives!!!!

Les Lewis, the defense attorney for former trooper Anthony Randazzo, has filed motions asking Judge Barry Donalty to review the Oneida County Grand Jury minutes in this case, paying special attention to one particular grand juror who talked at length about how people in the military are trained to handle dogs when they feel they're under attack.

I prefer to look at this in a positive light. Justice has to start somewhere and the Grand Jury (The People) have spoken and The People will have the last word in this situation!! Mr Sperfeld Kudos's to you for taking the Bull by the horn and seeking Justice for your friend Shadow. Hopefully, this will be a lesson to all that this type of outrageous behavior will Not be tolerated no matter who the perpetrator is!! And Sweety98, I also am wondering whats up with this Woman and when she will be charged as it's my opinion that if it weren't for her Shadow would be alive today. I guess we'll have to wait and see if Randazzo want's to take all the blame!!
