good night i hope you've read some of my posts

im a college student in CA im taking a political science class this semester we've disguised expo facto laws among other things and i have not had the time to look into this yet but in the deceleration of independence it clearly states quote "That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation " and it even goes on to say that it is our responsibility to abolish such a government it is clearly stated it can not be spun any other way or cannot be taken out of context. what im getting at is that some where along the lines the federal government has instituted a law conspiracy against the government. According to the deceleration of independence the governed which is us have the right to conspire against the government and not just conspire but to overthrow the government if the governed sees it necessary. i want to know how is it a crime to conspire against the government it seems to me that to protect ourselves from the federal government the founders gave us this right but i suspect the constitution does not specify anything about this right i will look into this when the semester comes to an end but i will say conspiring against a tyrannical government is a cause that all Americans have in common surpassing all other causes and ideological disputes some have inherited some have fought for this but we all are Americans because of this

to a government that has become destructive and obstructing the rights of the people that we inherited from the framers of this nation and have manipulated the laws and boundaries that were put forth to check the federal governments control over the populist would want to take away the right to arm ourselves after all the founding fathers wanted the people to have the right to bare arms to protect ourselves from a tyrannical government which in my opinion this is what the federal government has become
