YES that is correct. As the owner of a small newspaper in the Merrimack Valley we have been trying to catch Isabel and Lantigua (the new mayor) for YEARS doing this. WHere were you guys in November when Lantigua came out of NOWHERE and won a huge election with 3,000 voter from voters who NEVER participated before? We need more groups like this.
