Yes Ron.......ACORN let it's corporation standing lapse in maryland. They are OUT OF LUCK. They have to file their corporate annual reports to remain in good standing. They did not do so. A company that no longer exists can't experience damage.

As for the 2 clowns who are suffering from extreme emotional distress.....that ususally happens when you are exposed nationally for doing illegal things and then you loose your job.
