President Obama pulling a President Clinton. I'm sure Michelle won't make much of a big deal out of it. Kind of like how Hillary didn't make a big deal out of the THREE times Bill went "behind" her back. Anyway I'm sure he's not going to get into trouble...is he?
Question: What part of this story makes me feel any more confident about the direction of this country? Answer: Not one bit of it AT ALL. I honestly will state that I would never have any desire to work at the White House for any reason whatsoever. Being that the White House currently has no real direction we can definitely presume that the country is headed in the wrong direction. Can anyone say Palin-Romney or Palin-Gingrich in 2012?
I honestly believe that this is a smart move for Sarah Palin. This will give her the opportunity to spend time with her family as well as the likely opportunity to gather momentum she needs to get the ball rolling for a possible 2012 campaign run. If Mrs. Palin is going to consider a presidential campaign then she definitely has my support. I am excited about the fact that she wants to take a serious step in getting this country out of the ludicrous mess that it is currently in. Go with what your heart is telling you Sarah and make believers out of all those people who don't think you have it in you.
Ron Paul still needs to get as much support of this bill as he can. By doing so he can prove to dingbats like Barney Frank that there is still common sense left in Washington, D.C. 245 cosponsors is over half of the House and I know that Rep. Paul will be able to get even more support for this proposal.
Question: Do I really want to use something that I'm going to be forced to use when it's the Federal Government administering such a program? Answer: I won't use government mandated health care over my cold, dead and rotting corpse. I don't trust these goons in Washington to tell me what doctors I would be able to see and when I could see them. That's what government backed health care will literally amount to. A good friend of mine living on the Canada-U.S. border tells me she hates medical services in the Ontario province with a passion because of the time it takes to see doctors for certain procedures. Whether we like it or not we're headed that direction if health care reform is passed. To quote Gene Hackman from the movie Crimson Tide when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, "God help us all".
The Supreme Court nailed this one. I am pleased that the firefighters decided to pursue this one to prove that they weren't trying to be racist. They wanted the situation to be treated fairly. Judge Sotomayor is going to have a long Supreme Court career if she makes continued decisions like the one that cost these 20 firefighters potential promotions. New Haven, CT will have this decision staying with them for a few years.
There are people that are just now realizing the severity of this debt? Okay, ladies and gentlemen, most of us had it figured out back in September of last year when the bailouts and TARP were being voted into usage by Congressional leaders. It only took $787 billion in TARP funds, over $400 billion in omnibus funds, a $3.5 TRILLION budget proposal and massive amounts of bailout funds to attempt to save the likes of AIG, GM and Chrysler for people to realize how bad the debt is. Does this really surprise anyone? I honestly believe this administration is more secretive than either the CIA or the FBI. At least both of those agencies have people with integrity and respectability working for them. Not allow MSNBC access to the visitor list? Wow, that's like telling Keith Olbermann he can't insult all the REAL news commentators he wants to try to be like.

The best explanation that VP Biden can give in regards to a 9.4% national unemployment rate is that they guessed wrong? What would have happened if I had guessed wrong on my taxes? What would have happened if I had guessed on exams I took in college at the University of Utah? I would have screwed up on both occasions and would have had the blessing of going back to fix the mistakes. These weasels aren't willing to owe up to their mistakes nor take the initiative to fix them. So who pays for them end? WE AS HONEST, HARD WORKING, TAX PAYING CITIZENS END UP PAYING FOR THEM!!!! AARRGGHH!!!!
