hey guys. i'm having problems unlocking my friend's iphone 3g, he udpated the iphone with itunes (i dont know what's baseband he's running) and now the iphone is on the emergency call screen ... and in cant turn it off or reset it or enter the DFU mode, it doesnt even recognize the att sim card.
any help would be really aprecciated

now I JB my iPhone I´m (also millions) being more popular than Al capone, bin laden, etc. so i´m (we are) gonna get all the booty they couldn´t. LOL

had same issue here,1' restore as new iphone, 2 -put the unofficial sim and run redsn0w, 3-open cydia and upgrade it first then add the ultrasn0w repo. remember to turn everything off like 3g, wi fi, push. that´s how i could fix mine

if you own a PC, download cyder, this program allows you to install cydia apps in case you have no wifi for the iphone

I JB and unlocked my iphone 3g with ultrasn0w. then I saw (read) everybody's comments also dev team's talking about the upgraded version of ultrasn0w, so decided to install the new version, now ultrasn0w doesn't work and i have again an ipod touch -lol-. any tips? thanks in advance

if you own a PC google cyder, i used this program to get ultrasnow, because the JB did something to the wi fi

Voipover3g not working here, also videorecorder 3G and winterboard, same problem with wi fi. I use cyder to get the cydia apps

does some know what apps are working for the OS 3.0 through cydia because I don't have wi fi (the JB did something to the wi fi) so i'm using cyder to get the apps
