Through this thread, I think that what's becoming clearer to me is that the question "How do we use web technology to make disciples?" is a good question; the better question is, "What do we observe historically--in meatspace (offline)--about how are disciples made? How do we enable that online?" The answers to the "good" question seem to be centered around tools; the answers to the "better" question are more about behaviors. The Fast Company article is convincing me that understanding the behaviors is the better insight.
