Chavez believes in free speech - as long as it does not contradict his beliefs. Sounds like he is reading the Reid/Pelosi Fairness Doctrine? Waiting for Sean Penn and Danny whatever his name is to come to Hugo's defense and explain the news in Hollywood Elitist terms that the awe struck American entertainment sucker public can understand.

Want to see the irregular administration of health care? Take a look at what type of treatment Henry Waxman received when he had his little health episode recently? And then look at the kind of trailer-trash health care program he is trying to force upon the public. Let's make Henry patient #1 for the new socialist programs he and others like him believe should apply to everyone except themselves. There should be no exceptions. "The revenue receipts have just been down," she said. "There's not enough coming in to issue all of our refunds. Tough decisions needed to be made, and one of the things that we could do is to hold our refunds."

If they are refunding overpaid taxes from the previous year with current receipts, this is nothing more than a ponzi scheme! If they were in the private sector the Justice Department would have them indicted. Think about it!!
