This is among the dumbest taxes!!!! We work all our lives, pay taxes all our live, have to pay taxes when we die....something just doesn't sound fair about this!!! Ah YES, it is the death tax that isn't fair, and I add very dumb!!!!!!! Idiots let us die in peace, at least we could then rest in peace!!!!! I am not going to pay it and I will see they don't get anything I have made during my lifetime!!!

We are not under dictatorship yet, but we are surely on the path if Obama & the Democrats aren't stopped! When he was called 'The One' Obama took that as fact and from the way things are going he is working hard to destroy America as we know it! I did a lot of reading and watching before he was elected and it seems his plan to take full control of America is going his way so far. Where are those we elected to work for us? In all my years I have never seen such an unknown be elected President of the United States of America! He, along with help from others, was able to keep secrets about himself, his family, his college records, etc. I am mad, mad as hell! He needs to stay in the White House, stay off television everyday, help make the garden with his family!
