I also think that the instant results will be integrated into more Google products moving forward. For instance at launch these types of results are only for signed-in Google users, but will eventually roll out to the public, mobile and I assume toolbars etc. as well.

I see your logic in this, but my point was primarily that it is easy for a user to continue refining their search without having to resubmit a query. I think it will take some time for users to shift their search habits towards longer tail keyword to get more relevant results but we all shifted our searching habits a little bit as we started using Google in the first place. Ever notice how a veteran Google searcher feels slightly frustrated with Bing and vice versa?

I genuinely think cause marketing is good for business. I had a drink with someone who used to be the VP of Marketing for Coldwater Creek (before she left to start her own business) and she was saying that they saw something like a 400% higher return on cause marketing efforts than traditional promotional channels.

Thank you Bradley! It is always challenging/fun to try something new, but I am excited to be doing it!

My xbox 360 red ringed :( I need more hard drive space (20gb.. like that actually does it for anyone). Besides, with Netflix etc displacing Cable TV for me.. it is important that I have a device that is quieter than my original 360 was!

What this really tells me about Microsoft as a company is not that they are off track from a revenue standpoint, but that they simply need to run an advertising campaign to alter the filtered view most people have of them. Windows 7, Xbox Live etc are actually quite excellent product. I love my iPhone, Macbook etc but can appreciate how far they have come as a company!
