It's not often I find myself agreeing wth Mr Adams , but even if we leave aside her involvement in Ireland , I suscribe to the view that during her reign ,this woman inflicted more hardship and suffering on the British public than Adolf Hitler managed to do during the last war .

The one thing about Sir Purple Nose is that he is a model of consistency . If his team of prima donnas turn in a bad display by , missing a bagful of scoring chances ( culminating on Sunday in Shrek being pulled off in the second half ) , Ferguson has to have a good old whinge about the referee not giving Utd a penalty , or not sending an opposing player off or not playing unlimited stoppage time until his team pinches a winning goal . I am sick looking at his sour puss after every game , and I really think this ageing cornerboy brings football in to disrepute !

When I watched these disgraceful scenes on television last night my first thoughts were :
1. This will be great publicity for Belfast when the traders at the continental market return to their home countries
2. What a great demonstration of policing by Matt Baggott and his keystone cops !
Make no mistake about it , the flag issue was only an excuse for this shower of rabble to display their true character i. e. they will only be content when they are " up to their necks in fenian blood " , and the saddest part about the whole sorry episode is that some prominent unionist politicians have attempted to justify these actions .

I think it's just lovely to see a pop superstar who not only possesses a great voice ( which has made her millions in the bank) , but a superstar who also has her feet firmly planted on the ground !

I support neither City nor United , but I'm really glad that a team who for so long have been overshadowed by their biggest rivals have finally clinched the league title , and absolutely delighted that they did it in Fergie Time.
