I've always loved the 212 degree movie. It's an excellent reminder to give and do just a little bit more!

Expressing gratitude and appreciation for everyone in this community, and for all the lives I will get to touch in some small way today, even if just passing along a smile!

This is a very self-paced course, designed to work on one chakra a month at a time. You could work on your weak chakras first, and see how it goes for you. I don't think you can over-do the exercises, but you still need to give the exercises time to work.

Gabi I absolutely love this as I am doing the same thing with my little one who is about to be 3 on Labor Day!!!

I've been teaching him small things here and there to help him learn and have it be a part of his natural routine. Similar to the Glove Anesthesia exercise I learned in SLS, I picked up a pain technique from a book called Energy Medicine by Donna Eden. It involves putting your left hand over the injured area, and holding the right hand out and away from the body. It allows the pain to be drawn out of the person into your left hand, through you and released out through the right hand.

Every time my son gets hurt (he's a very active little boy) he runs to me and says mommy take it (the pain) away. I rub my hands together (something I learned in Reiki to even the energy -- think Mr. Miyagi in Karate Kid) and place my left hand on the "boo boo" and ask him to tell me when the pain has gone.

I knew he was getting it when I hit my foot one time and said ouch. He promptly came up to me and said, "Mommy, I'll take it away." He then proceeded to rub his hands together quickly and put his hand over my injured foot and held his other hand out and away. It brought tears to my eyes to see this little two year old boy helping to heal mommy of her pain.

Like Gabi said, the vision board will become what you make it. I don't have a vision board, but I have a binder that I keep pictures in and revise as needed. I also review and write my short term goals daily, and longer goals at least monthly.
